As in many other areas of insular community life, Madeira's gastronomy is unique and particular. This book reviews the tradicional Madeira's cuisine, acting as an invitation to savour more than 30 typical dishes of this region and to know closely the peculiar way of perceiving the gastronomy, through interesting historical and cultural references.
